Welcome to Bink. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bink mobile application and web application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bink ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Bink is a financial planning tool that helps you:

• Estimate your "walk-away" timeline based on your financial inputs
• Model different financial scenarios
• Track investment accounts and spending
• Get AI-powered insights about your financial situation

The Service uses the information you provide to generate projections and estimates. These are not guarantees of future performance.

2. Not Financial Advice

Bink is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The projections, calculations, and information provided by Bink:

• Are based on assumptions and the data you provide

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you provide. Inaccurate data will result in inaccurate projections.

We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:

• Your reliance on any projections or information provided by the Service
• Financial decisions made based on information from the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or errors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
